High temperature dyeing: This is a dyeing technology that is carried out in a high temperature environment. Usually, the dye and textile need to be placed in a high temperature dyeing machine or dyeing vat with a temperature range of 80 to 130 degrees Celsius. This method can quickly and evenly penetrate the dye into the fiber, thereby obtaining an ideal dyeing effect. Since the high temperature environment is prone to foaming of the liquid, a high-efficiency defoaming agent is required during the high temperature dyeing process to eliminate the foam and ensure that the dye liquid penetrates the textile evenly.

It is recommended to use a high temperature resistant defoaming agent to ensure that it can still work in a high temperature environment without affecting the dyeing process and the performance of the dye.

Medium and normal temperature dyeing: Compared with high temperature dyeing, medium and normal temperature dyeing is carried out at a lower temperature. No high temperature dyeing machine or dyeing vat is required, and it is usually carried out at room temperature or near room temperature. Although the dyeing speed is slightly slower, milder dyes and chemicals can be selected to reduce the risk of damage to textiles. In such a low temperature environment, the demand for defoaming agents is relatively low because the liquid is less likely to produce foam.

It is recommended to use a defoaming agent suitable for normal temperature environment to ensure that it has a good defoaming effect at normal temperature.
